Privacy policy.
Short, honest policy — because the site is simple and I don't collect more than I have to.
What I collect
Only what you give me: in the contact form — name, email, subject and message; in the contact prompt — an email address or phone number; in the chat — the content of your messages. I use it only to answer your question or prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless we start working together — then for as long as tax law requires.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses necessary cookies (e.g. remembering your banner choice). With your consent, I also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — it then sets its own cookies. Without consent, analytics stores no identifying data (Google Consent Mode). You can change or withdraw consent anytime with the cookie-settings button in the corner of the page. The provider is Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) acting as a processor; data may also be processed outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.
Form, chat and consent banner
The contact form, contact prompt, chat, consent banner and reviews run on AZ Widgets — my own product, hosted on a server in Poland. Email notifications about new messages are sent through my provider's mail server (webd.pl), which acts as a data processor.
AI assistant chat
Chat replies are generated by a language model from Anthropic (USA). The conversation content is passed to Anthropic solely to generate the reply, under standard contractual clauses. Don't put sensitive data in the chat — if you'd rather talk to a human, email or call.
Hosting and logs
The site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). As a processor, Cloudflare handles technical request data (IP address, time, URL path, browser) to deliver the site, for diagnostics and abuse protection; data may also be processed outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses. I keep no visit logs of my own.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, and to file a complaint with the Polish data-protection authority (UODO). For anything related, email [email protected] — I usually reply the same day.
